Samedi 18 juillet se tenait le 2e<\/sup> conseil communautaire de la nouvelle mandature. 63 points \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour\u00a0: 9H-18H avec 1H45 pour le repas\u00a0!\"\"<\/p>\n

Plus qu\u2019un bilan, trois remarques :
\n– l\u2019assembl\u00e9e est un r\u00e9el lieu de d\u00e9bats. Chacun-e peut demander la parole et s\u2019exprimer \u00ab\u00a0largement\u00a0\u00bb.
\n– toutes les critiques sont contr\u00e9es et les d\u00e9cisions de la CMB justifi\u00e9es notamment par M. Bidot le pr\u00e9sident.
\n– Enfin le formalisme est toujours tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9gnant (\u00e9margement \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e, appel de chaque \u00e9lu le matin et en d\u00e9but d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, vote du compte de gestion\u2026)
