Peut-\u00eatre pour un nouveau commissariat de police\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Le prix <strong>100 000\u20ac<\/strong> estim\u00e9 relativement bas, int\u00e9grerait la d\u00e9pollution du terrain habituellement \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019entreprise vendeuse\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">10- L\u2019ancienne usine Picot (SAMP)<\/span><\/strong> demande \u00e0 lisser ses loyers de location des mois d\u2019avril et mai dernier (covid) sur 5 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Des interventions ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9lu-es aient plus d\u2019infos sur la sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;une entreprise demandeuse \u00e0 l\u2019avenir\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>18- DM\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span> l\u2019\u00e9tat ajuste sa participation aux frais de scolarisation des \u2013 de 3 ans pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du priv\u00e9 : + 31800\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Questions diverses\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai demand\u00e9 quelle sera <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">l\u2019organisation des \u00e9tats g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de la CMB du 12 d\u00e9cembre prochain<\/span><\/strong> (nombre de participants, horaires, ateliers\u00a0? pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re?)<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9ponses tr\u00e8s vagues\u00a0du pr\u00e9sident :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous serons plus nombreux que les 79 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, les maires non d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et les maires d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s des communes nouvelles \u00e9tant invit\u00e9s (!)\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Peut-\u00eatre une matin\u00e9e (samedi 12 d\u00e9cembre) ? Cela d\u00e9pendra de nos questions&#8230; pas d&rsquo;ordre du jour !<\/li>\n<li>Rien sur l\u2019organisation\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">D\u00e9bat tr\u00e8s tendu sur le contentieux entre Quettreville et la CMB.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous aurons l\u2019occasion d\u2019y revenir mais Quettreville a assign\u00e9 la CMB\u00a0 au tribunal administratif pour une somme, actuellement bloqu\u00e9e, de 600000\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la proposition qu&rsquo;il a faite (notamment aux nouveaux \u00e9lus), j\u2019ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Eric De Laforcade (maire d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Contri\u00e8res, commune nouvelle de Quettreville)\u00a0 de me transmettre ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contestation de versement de cette somme \u00e0 la CMB. <strong>A
