L\u2019id\u00e9e serait \u00e0 la fois d\u2019orienter vers ces parkings (situ\u00e9s plut\u00f4t \u00e0 l\u2019est de la ville) depuis les entr\u00e9es sur Coutances (routes de Gavray, Granville, Agon-Coutainville\u2026) et depuis ces parkings d\u2019indiquer, la place de la mairie en minutes de marche.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\">Pistes cyclables\u00a0: un autre plan des services techniques indique les voies vertes (pi\u00e9tons-v\u00e9lo) et pistes cyclables existantes (peu nombreuses !). La majorit\u00e9 souhaite un sch\u00e9ma coh\u00e9rent \u00e0 partir de l\u2019existant&#8230;n\u00e9cessaire notamment pour obtenir des subventions.<br \/>\n&#8211; La majorit\u00e9 envisage de r\u00e9aliser un sch\u00e9ma complet puis de le soumettre aux associations et pourquoi pas \u00e0 ma demande, \u00e0 la population int\u00e9ress\u00e9e.<br \/>\n&#8211; J\u2019ai \u00e9mis une autre hypoth\u00e8se\u00a0: proposer des exigences (par exemple la majorit\u00e9 souhaite relier l\u2019existant ou encore relier le stade \u00e0 Claires-Fontaines&#8230;), et demander aux associations \u00e0 la population int\u00e9ress\u00e9e et aux services techniques de travailler \u00e0 un projet (type conseil participatif)\u00a0: cela n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%;\">Maison du v\u00e9lo\u00a0: comme vous l\u2019avez peut-\u00eatre lu dans le Ouest-France d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, la majorit\u00e9 envisage de louer un local de la gare SNCF pour y installer une \u00ab\u00a0maison du v\u00e9lo\u00a0\u00bb.
