Le *Comit\u00e9 Local de l\u2019Eau Potable s\u2019est r\u00e9uni une nouvelle fois le jeudi 24 novembre. Le CLEP est rattach\u00e9 au SDEAU, le Syndicat D\u00e9partemental de l\u2019Eau Potable. Le SDEAU g\u00e8re le r\u00e9seau de distribution de l\u2019eau pour le centre et le sud-manche. Le Clep de Coutances est une des composantes du SDEAU, tout comme une trentaine d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n
Cette r\u00e9union \u00e9tait une redite. On avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu une r\u00e9union pour statuer sur deux points plut\u00f4t importants\u00a0:<\/p>\n
A la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union, l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9lus ( 3 de la majorit\u00e9, celui d\u2019Alternative (moi)) ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9cider. En fait, on a appris au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 nous avons rencontr\u00e9 le SDEAU, que ce dernier proposait une augmentation des tarifs. Ce n\u2019est pas une petite responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre \u00e0 4 dans un bureau. Nous avons donc souhait\u00e9 une autre r\u00e9union. Premi\u00e8rement, cela permettait de consulter les camarades d\u2019Alternatives et , pour la mairie, de voir avec son \u00e9quipe de conseillers et d\u2019adjoints. De plus comme Coutances \u00e0 Coeur n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9sente, je pensais na\u00efvement que ce serait mieux d\u2019avoir leur avis. Malheureusement, ils ne sont pas venus non plus \u00e0 cette deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9union.<\/p>\n
Il a donc fallu qu\u2019on vote sans eux une d\u00e9cision qui concerne les 8501 habitants, plus les entreprises.<\/p>\n
La majorit\u00e9 a propos\u00e9 de voir ce que l\u2019audit remettrait comme rapport. En effet, un audit du SDEAU commence bient\u00f4t. Il remettra \u00e0 plat les tarifs et la gouvernance. La mairie a refus\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation et la fusion.<\/p>\n
Comme nous partagions ce point de vue, j\u2019ai vot\u00e9 contre l\u2019augmentation du tarif de l\u2019eau et contre la fusion. Dans le dernier compte-rendu, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 exprim\u00e9 les r\u00e9serves concernant cette fusion et de fa\u00e7on plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale le fonctionnement d\u00e9mocratique qu\u2019aurait alors le CLEP.<\/p>\n
